What is the Building Process?

• Selecting a lot. Whether you already own a lot or are interested in purchasing a lot; we are happy to assist you in narrowing your choice of lot(s) based on location and price. We are available to view potential sites for building issues.
  
• Developing a plan. We offer a variety of floor plans that have been developed through our relationship with several architects. We can also assist you in working with your architect in making a plan more efficient.
  
• Formulating an estimate. After the plans have been developed, we can provide you with a construction schedule and cost estimate.
  
• Entering into a construction contract. Once the final plans are developed, and the price is determined, we will enter into a construction contract and begin building your home.
